I am so excited these days… I cannot wait to sit down and move these fingers and hands of mine in a happy frenzy anticipating the end of my project and imagining how it will look in its final glory!
And this is it! After I took this picture, I joined the granny squares together and started crocheting around it and I tell you, it looks so lush! (do you like the picture I have taken a la Lucy?)
I will hook some more and show you how I am progressing with this? Colours just add so much joy to my life – gorgeous!
I was thinking of sharing the recipe of this blanket with Sara at Tangled Happy. If you have a crochet pattern you would like to share please get in touch with Sara.
Thanks for stopping by!

gorgeous! Maybe one day you’ll teach me how to make those flowers we were talking about- you certainly know what you’re doing!
thanks Meli. I love crocheting!
Oh! This really inspires me to try my hand at crochet again. I love knitting and keep meaning to make a ‘quilt’ out of squares that I’ve made to learn a new stitch or check gauge… thanks for the reminder.
(and thanks for visiting my blog too!)
go for it. crocheting is so therapeutic, the movement of the hands and the repetitive action!
